By coordinating with schools and community organizations, Swann Foundation hosts Tech Fairs to provide computers, training, and low-cost Internet solutions to families across the East Bay.

In addition to connecting homes, Swann Foundation believes a network of public computer centers is necessary to ensure all community members have access to technology. Currently, Swann Foundation has installed and maintains computer centers at 28 community centers and 34 schools.
